Logis Hôtel Restaurant Le Puits Doré

Have eaten here before but this was the first time of staying overnight. The room was comfortable, clean and bathroom facilities were excellent. We booked a meal in the restaurant and this was exceptional - limited menu but everything was well presented and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We know that they will be extending the hotel this year and adding another 14 rooms. We look forward to staying with them again in 2025. Marvellous experience and would thoroughly recommend a stay here in the heart of Richelieu. Convenient for every facility, including the park of the Duke de Richelieu which is an experience not to be missed as long as you have the legs.

Very nice management, dealt with our bicycles in a kind way (stored in an interior courtyard). Comfortable dinner on the outside patio. Inexpensive, located right on the main square, new towels.

Really nice old hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable room, if a bit dated. The restaurant was the highlight we enjoyed a beautiful meal and a great bottle of wine.

Perfect location, requested view of the square and was provided it. Hotel has some character and staff were friendly.

Great helpful reception, beautiful large bedroom and bathroom, lots of character. Ordered a bottle of wine for the room prior to arrival. Bed very comfortable, great little coffee machine in the room. Staff friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, we enjoyed the Caesar Salad and the Steak. Before we journeyed on, we enjoyed a good breakfast spread.
